Shipping Policy
The average delivery time for a placed order is 3 to 8 business days. No matter what shipping
method you choose at checkout, it usually takes between 1 and 3 business days to process an
order from the time it is placed. It might take longer.
Once an order has been placed, it may not be modified or canceled, even if shipment has not
yet occurred. Before you finish your order, please check your shopping cart and/or email us at
perfumesera@gmail.com if you have any questions. This will help you avoid problems,
indecision, or confusion.
But unlike some other companies, Perfumesera lets you change your order before it ships. For
this, you have to contact us manually and tell us what you need to change. We can’t promise
you this opportunity. At times, there are many orders, and changes cannot be made for a huge
volume of orders.
We make every effort to ship your order within 24 business hours of receipt.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to three
business days for the processing of orders.
At checkout, we only provide estimates for the amount of time it will take for your package to
reach you; we make no guarantees.
The buyer acquires ownership of packages once they have been delivered to the courier. We are
not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. We are not responsible if the
carrier makes a mistake with delivery or gives incorrect shipping information.
Please check your address before you place your order, because we can’t be responsible for
addresses that are wrong. Again, once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, we are
no longer responsible for it. It is their job to deliver packages and deal with problems like
shipping delays or lost packages.
Your new purchase is our responsibility until it reaches the shipping carrier. After that point, it is
out of our hands, so we recommend you to contact the shipping carrier for updates on your
product.
Our shipping carrier is not fixed. We use different shipping companies depending on the
location and volume of order. If you have any questions regarding the shipping carrier you may
